Two new amendments in the Current IFA Rulebook
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY......

NEW IFA RULE:  All 14U teams will pitch from the 43' pitching distance.
NEW IFA RULE:  All 8U - 10U - 12U will be allowed to bat either 9, 10 or 11 batters in a line-up during bracket play.  Batters #10 and 11 will be listed as an X-Player on the line-up card.  This will be determined by the line-up handed to the home plate umpire at the beginning of each game.  Once the line-up has been submitted, each team is required to maintain the same number of batters in the batting order for the remainder of the game.  Any line-up spot that comes up without an eligible substitute (via injury or sickness) will become an automatic out for the batting team.
